Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for future uncertainties
- Architect cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging emerging technologies with commercial applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future-shaping insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture of anticipatory innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or long-term trend forecasting
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex socio-technical dynamics
- Experience designing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong communication skills translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
