- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators

Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, SAMI)
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Innovation, Economics, or related field
