- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
