Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Architect scalable prototypes for next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of futuristic products
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and R&D funding
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations from R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions
- Prior experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
