Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 3-year commercialization horizons
- Forge strategic partnerships with governments, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 companies
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech disruptions and societal implications
- Oversee R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks
- Champion diversity and ethical frameworks in next-gen technological development
- Publish whitepapers and keynote at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, biotech convergence, or space commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovations
- Experience with global policy frameworks for emerging technologies
