Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype emerging solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists through knowledge-sharing workshops and hackathons
- Co-author industry white papers on next-generation disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong programming background (Python/JavaScript) for prototype development
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and venture capital partners
