Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with industry pioneers
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through stakeholder engagement
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and SDGs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio of delivered innovations with measurable societal impact
