Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, AR/VR 2.0) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to anticipate disruptive shifts in tech landscape
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
