Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present quarterly tech innovation briefings to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical executives
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
