Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure blockchain frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neurotech, AI autonomy, quantum computing)
- Architect scalable architectures for distributed quantum neural networks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on tech adoption pathways
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in frontier tech
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential technology curves
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for innovation programs
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
