Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into commercializable solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
