Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment in regulated industries
- Collaborate with VPs to translate tech strategy into actionable business plans
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style evaluation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Expertise in regulatory tech (RegTech) and compliance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience building cross-disciplinary teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
