Your work will directly influence our product development, investment priorities, and market positioning in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) to define 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and quarterly execution milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures or managing R&D portfolios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
