- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions or quantum computing projects

- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CIPM)
