Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Manage innovation portfolio including pilot programs and R&D partnerships
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM, CFIP)
