Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, blockchain, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $5M+ R&D budgets
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Partner with product teams to align tech initiatives with user experience
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and patent programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Executive presence with successful investor presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech focus
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience with climate-tech integration in enterprise systems
