- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate planning
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with clear ROI frameworks and implementation roadmaps
- Represent company at industry conferences and establish thought leadership in future-tech domains
- Oversee technology scouting through partnerships, acquisitions, and venture investments
- Mentor a team of technical architects and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling innovation programs with $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into market-disruptive solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
