- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4.0) for strategic adoption
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof features in current products
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks, quantum computing principles, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF Enterprise Architect)
- Experience with agile development and innovation methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical tech deployment and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
