Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen technology solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and IoT integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Design scalable innovation roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable prototypes
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology R&D, innovation strategy, or future-tech leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
