Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AI ethics)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent trend forecasting
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network in venture capital and academic research circles
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Foresight
