- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology implementation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CSM, PMP) or technology foresight
