Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives through full lifecycle from prototype to market launch
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry research and partnership development
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 successful tech innovations
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic forecasting capabilities
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Deep understanding of global tech regulatory landscapes
