Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable impact)
- 10+ years in CTO/CTO-level roles with unicorn-scale exits
- Published peer-reviewed research in Nature or Science (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit design languages
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global stakeholder management
