Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3.0, metaverse architecture, and climate tech
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate and scale breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
