Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities for disruptive tech adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
