What you'll do: Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies, develop 5-year innovation roadmaps, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. You'll own the entire lifecycle from ideation to market validation while mentoring our innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 5-year market impact potential
- Develop and maintain the corporate innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum, AI, and biotech
- Translate technical feasibility studies into business cases with ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical adoption of transformative technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle models
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) or relevant advanced degree
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder management
