Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging innovations into product portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) or innovation frameworks preferred
