Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026+ commercialization potential
- Architect secure, scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous systems
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, spatial internet, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future technology domains preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
