Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen solutions into core business
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite and investors
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to build innovation ecosystems
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Drive adoption of AI-augmented decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
