Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics, biotechnology) and their potential impact on our industry.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for the adoption and integration of future technologies into our product portfolio and business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and propose actionable plans.
- Monitor global tech trends, startups, and academic research to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to validate the viability of new technologies.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders in the field of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of at least two key emerging technology areas (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
