Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
- Foster partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Experience with futures methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
