- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 8 cross-functional teams
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent conferences
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
