Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, synthetic biology, decentralized AI) for commercial viability
- Partner with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate AI
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products from concept to market
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
