Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to define strategic innovation priorities for 2026
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Create ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
