- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints
- Contribute to academic partnerships with MIT and Stanford
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or AI research
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of translating research to commercial applications
- Strong background in cybersecurity and data privacy
- Experience with federal grant applications (NSF/NIH/DARPA)
- Exceptional problem-solving with complex systems
