- Mentor PhD researchers in applied technology commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or quantum startups
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-safe cryptography
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (5+ papers)
- Active US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
