Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and IoT for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation tech prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Define technical roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on innovation portfolio prioritization

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products using AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum
- Expertise in systems engineering at scale (>10M users)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure and emerging tech frameworks
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
