Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-suite to outline a comprehensive technology and business strategy focused on achieving our 2026 goals.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the operations of our innovation labs, managing pilot programs and R&D initiatives designed to solve future market challenges.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Develop data-driven strategies to enter new markets and sectors, leveraging 2026 predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment between strategic vision and execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic plans to investors and board members, articulating the value and feasibility of our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future technology landscapes, specifically regarding trends relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive change within a complex organizational structure.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of successful long-term forecasting and scenario planning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
