Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Project 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging trends and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Spatial Computing) to determine their viability for large-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term technology investments.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture. Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract concepts into concrete product roadmaps and business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to write, speak, and present to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
