Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create mitigation/adoption strategies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact and ROI
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership papers on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3.0
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycles and diffusion models
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
