Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, Autonomous Systems, Advanced Robotics).
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features.
- Predict industry shifts and competitor moves up to three years in advance.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically Generative AI and Quantum readiness.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear strategic insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; experience in international tech environments is a plus.
