Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 technology strategy, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) and integration points.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends, analyzing their potential impact on our business model and product portfolio.
- Feasibility Studies: Evaluate new technologies through rigorous prototyping and proof-of-concept (PoC) frameworks to determine viability.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level vision into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Manage internal innovation labs to foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging market entrants to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends and implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and persuade diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in undefined environments.
