Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present compelling tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within top-tier tech firms
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 clients preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
