Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech solutions
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile development of experimental technologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align emerging tech with business objectives and societal impact
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of technology ethics frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
