- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and shareholder value
- Build and lead high-performance multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 entities
- Present future-tech vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology with published research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate market shifts and disruption vectors
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
