Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios (2025-2030)
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex technical roadmapping
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Thinking (e.g., CTS, Foresight)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Rust preferred)
