- Drive innovation sprints for breakthrough technologies (neural interfaces, biodegradable electronics)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions at enterprise level
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM)
