Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping next-gen digital solutions with 3-5 year vision
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for technology adoption, including risk assessment and resource allocation
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics across business units
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting future tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives ($5M+ budgets)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics required
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or technology innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with venture capital firms or tech startups in advisory capacity
