Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps aligning with 2026 global innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neurotech, bio-convergence, etc.) for market viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present futuristic tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech integration into core business operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
