Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market implementation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
